MEMOREX TELEX
The ATL Cookbook documents sales tactics used by successful reps. The 54 page booklet describes qualifying accounts, overcoming objectives, and setting landmines for the competition. For this project Karen interviewed successful sales representatives.

 


SCO
SCO requested a sales guide to educate their sales force about the retail market segment. The booklet documents opportunities and selling tactics. The project included research into the retail market and interviews with channel managers and sales representatives.
